The structure of the Park House Cup is still to be confirmed.

The tournament is open, by invitation, to playing members of the Club. Players up to 2 goals and 3 goal amateurs may enter. Entry will be limited to eight teams to play in a straight knockout with a subsidiary.

If you wish to play please fill in and submit the form below. You may state if you would like to play with one other player and we will do our best to put you in the same team.

Each team must provide an umpire and an umpire pony and are also responsible for team shirts.
